UC Davis Summer Abroad Costa Rica 2011
Finca Kantan
Located in Boruca, Costa Rica, Finca Kantan hosted us for 5 days. Within those days we had the best home cooked food, all organic, that we had throughout the trip. While there we planted banana trees, chiles, potatoes, etc.
Natural Life
Costa Rica is home for many transnational migrants, short term tourists, and of course its native species. Every day you will encounter a new species such as a critter, tucans, wild animals, humming birds, or even a sloth while driving down on the street.
